Refund policy

At WonderWorks Collectibles, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because we deal in trading cards, collectibles, and limited-edition products, we have a clear refund and return policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our inventory.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
1. The item you received is incorrect (not the product you ordered).
2. The item is significantly not as described.
We do not generally accept returns for:
Opened or tampered collectible products (e.g., booster packs, sealed boxes, premium collections).
Single trading cards that were sold as “near-mint,” “graded,” or “as-is,” unless there is a clear authenticity issue.
Change of mind, preference, or market price fluctuations.
2. Timeframe for Returns
You must notify us of any issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 7 days of approval, in their original condition and packaging.
3. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability). If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
6. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in:
The same condition as delivered.
Unopened and untampered (for sealed products).
With all original packaging, grading cases (if applicable), and protective sleeves.
Failure to comply may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.
7. Authenticity Guarantee
All collectibles sold by WonderWorks Collectibles are guaranteed authentic. If you receive an item proven to be counterfeit, you will be entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs.
