Consignment Process
Initial Contact
Reach out to us by email or through any of our social media channels to express your interest in consigning an item. We will reply with basic information, accepted product categories, and a request for photos, descriptions, and any supporting details you can provide.
Pre-screening and Agreement
Our team will review your item details and confirm whether it is eligible for consignment. If approved, we will share the consignment terms, expected timelines, fee structure, and required information to proceed. No commitment is made until you confirm acceptance of the terms.
Sending or Dropping Off the Item
You may ship the item to us or deliver it in person. If shipping, you are responsible for packaging, insurance, and the cost of delivery. We recommend tracked and insured shipping to protect your item during transit. WonderWorks takes responsibility only once the item is physically received and acknowledged by our team.
Authentication, Verification, and Condition Check
Once received, every item undergoes a detailed inspection to verify authenticity, assess condition, and confirm that it matches the information provided earlier. If an item fails authentication or does not meet our quality standards, we will inform you immediately and arrange for return. You will be responsible for return shipping unless collected in person.
Pricing and Listing Approval
Based on market data, demand, and condition, we will recommend a fair listing price. You may accept, adjust, or decline. The item will only be listed once the price is agreed. Final pricing and any discounts or promotional adjustments require your approval, unless you request full pricing control to be handled by us.
Professional Listing Creation
After approval, we photograph the item, prepare a detailed description, and publish it on our consignment marketplace. Listings may include grading details, condition notes, authenticity confirmations, and any relevant disclaimers to ensure transparency for buyers.
Promotion and Visibility
Select items may be featured in our social media posts, stories, or promotional content to increase exposure. Promo features are not guaranteed and may depend on product category, seasonality, and marketing schedules.
Sale and Payout Process
When your item sells, we collect the payment from the buyer through our website’s payment gateway. From the final sale value, we deduct:
• a 10% percent consignment commission
• applicable transaction fees charged by payment providers (such as credit card processing and/or platform fees)
The remaining amount is transferred to your registered bank account or IBAN within 5-7 working days. Any delays caused by banks or payment processors are outside our control but we will keep you updated.
Unsold Items or Change of Mind
If the item does not sell within a reasonable period or if you wish to withdraw it, simply let us know. You can collect the item in person or request return shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner. Withdrawn items must be collected or shipped within a reasonable timeframe to avoid storage fees.
Owner Responsibilities and Disclaimers
• You confirm that the item belongs to you and is free of claims or disputes.
• You are responsible for accurate information when submitting item details before inspection.
• WonderWorks is not liable for external market fluctuations that may affect item value.
• For shipped returns, WonderWorks is not responsible for damages caused by courier handling; we recommend requesting insurance when shipping to you.
• We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our standards or violate our policies.
